Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: care for common areas, buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, maintenance, and inspections.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and support the Maintenance Supervisor.
