Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance on property assets.
• Assist in make-ready process to prepare units for occupancy.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service work orders promptly.
• Maintain safe and organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and chemical logs; monitor inventory.
• Assist with inspections and on-call emergencies as needed.
