Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our apartment communities in the region. The role requires daily on-site attendance, coordination with management, and the ability to respond quickly to service requests and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance on community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and safety standards.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and safety programs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
