Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance for a multifamily community. Responsibilities include routine and emergency maintenance, responding to resident requests, and assisting in make-ready turnover to ensure unit readiness.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-site work with safety compliance and a strong team ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Assist with the make-ready process and turnover events.
