Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. The role involves on-site duties, preventative maintenance, and timely response to resident and management requests.

You will work under supervision to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of common areas and units. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Carry out maintenance in community common areas and units.
• Maintain swimming pool and keep chemical logs accurate.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features daily to identify hazards and prevent liability.
• Assist in make-ready and turnover events and maintain inventory of supplies.
