Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community properties in Utah. The role requires performing responsive and preventative maintenance on common areas and units, ensuring safety, and supporting make-ready activities under supervision.

The position emphasizes strong on-site attendance, adherence to OSHA and safety guidelines, and accurate record-keeping of service requests and inspections. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance on community common areas and units, including cosmetic tasks.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to extend equipment life and comply with safety policies.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and safety inspections as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and records for service requests and inspection checkpoints.
