Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic computer skills on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and cosmetic tasks across community buildings and units.
• Assist in preventative and corrective maintenance under supervision.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines within the property.
• Respond to resident requests and service orders promptly and professionally.
• Assist with make-ready processes and inventory of maintenance tools and supplies.
