Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site support at our multifamily communities. The role focuses on corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

You will participate in make-ready tasks and keep accurate maintenance records. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the maintenance/repair-related turn events and make-ready processes.
• Maintain the preventative maintenance program and safety standards to minimize future repairs.
