Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property maintenance, handling corrective, preventive, routine, and emergency tasks under supervision. You will contribute to make-ready work and upkeep of common areas, units, and grounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements is preferred.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills to use on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair tasks.
• Maintain daily upkeep of grounds, common areas, and model units.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep chemical logs.
• Follow safety practices and OSHA guidelines at all times.
