Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in South Jordan, UT to support property maintenance across the community. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, handle make-ready tasks, assist the supervisor, and ensure timely responses to work orders while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include pool maintenance, grounds upkeep, and adherence to safety policies. This role requires on-site attendance, strong reliability, and basic computer skills for logging requests

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and repairs as assigned.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain pool chemistry logs and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist in make-ready and turnover activities for units and common areas.
• Uphold safety standards and proper OSHA guidelines at all times.
