Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of our community properties. You’ll perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to support operational goals.

This role emphasizes safety, make-ready tasks, and timely responses to service requests. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Assist in daily upkeep of the exterior of the community, including grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety standards.
