Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep of our multi-location communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine and cosmetic maintenance, and assist in make-ready tasks under supervision.

This role requires daily onsite presence, safety discipline, and strong customer relations as you respond to resident requests, inspect properties, and help maintain common areas and systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior of the community including grounds, breezeways, and common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and keep chemical logs accurate.
• Maintain records regarding service requests, make-ready status, and safety compliance.
