Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician at a North Salt Lake property. You will assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the community, including routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic tasks, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site repairs, make-ready work, and timely responses to management requests. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units promptly.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-ready tasks to support property operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor with inventory tracking and safety communications.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and respond to after-hours requests as needed.
