Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across our communities. You will assist with make-ready, respond to work orders, and support daily operations under supervision.

The role requires on-site attendance, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to manage inventories and log maintenance activities. Benefits are provided, and full-time staff have paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of property common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program for the community.
• Support make-ready process and turnover events.
• Assist in safety and housekeeping tasks per OSHA guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and inspections.
• On-call emergencies at the community as needed.
