Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in performing routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance across our properties. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to support make-ready projects and ensure safe, well-maintained common areas and units.

The role requires on-site presence, responsiveness to resident requests, adherence to Fair Housing and OSHA standards, and accurate record-keeping of service activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on community buildings and units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Assist with make-ready processes and inventory of equipment.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
