Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance across the community under supervision. The role includes corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks, and supports make-ready processes to meet property objectives.

Responsibilities include handling resident requests, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to daily operations. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with OSHA knowledge and on-site software familiarity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Understanding of OSHA requirements and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property, including preventive, routine and emergency work.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs up to date.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and safety concerns.
