Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support and execute maintenance tasks across the property portfolio. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

Responsibilities include make-ready processes, safety, and resident-focused service. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with on-site software.

Qualifications
