Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property upkeep, performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. You will handle the make-ready process, pool maintenance, and safety compliance per OSHA while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Regular on-site attendance and teamwork with residents are essential for high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests promptly.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on common areas and units.
• Maintain swimming pool and chemistry logs.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover events.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
