Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready technician to support maintenance operations across properties. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring units meet standards before move-in.

You’ll respond to requests, help with turn events, and keep areas clean and organized. You will also help maintain logs, follow OSHA guidelines, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain a well-organized maintenance shop and ensure safety compliance.
• Record service requests, OSHA standards, and make-ready status accurately.
