Asset Living is looking for a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance processes, community upkeep, and emergency readiness. Responsibilities include responding to requests, conducting inspections, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent and basic computer skills, with familiarity in Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards.

This position offers a salary range of $22 to $25 per hour and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and 401K matching.

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes like corrective and preventative maintenance.

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
