Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to handle custodial duties, grounds work, and basic make-ready processes across the property. You will clean breezeways, trim landscaping, and assist in vacancy turnover while operating power washers, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, and sweepers.

Weekend and after-hours availability may be required. The role emphasizes adherence to safety regulations, timely completion of work orders, and collaboration with the maintenance team to keep

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of skilled trades including basic carpentry, drywall and make-ready.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work including trash removal, power washing, and debris removal.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways and wipe doors/handrails.
• Assist in basic landscaping and make-ready of vacant units.
• Operate power washers, blowers, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, sweepers and related equipment.
• Assist in pool maintenance and respond to on-call maintenance requests.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and update records.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
