RPM Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to handle interior/exterior upkeep and ensure spotless common areas. You will perform custodial tasks, grounds work, and basic landscaping, while assisting in make-ready units and responding to after-hours maintenance needs.

The role requires 1 year of maintenance experience, knowledge of trades, and the ability to operate power tools safely. On-site work with a flexible schedule is expected, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge across trades (construction/repair, drywall, basic carpentry).
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal).
• Complete grounds work including trash removal and power washing as directed.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways and assist in pool maintenance basics.
• Prepare make-ready units and address trash in vacant apartments.
• Operate power tools and maintenance equipment safely; respond to emergencies;
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and update records.
