RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and keep common areas clean at our on-site community. You will perform custodial duties, basic grounds work, and make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for new residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in maintenance. You will operate equipment like power washers and floor scrubbers, follow OSHA rules, and support after-hours needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year in maintenance or related field.
• General knowledge in skilled trades, drywall, carpentry, and make-ready.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work and outdoor maintenance as directed.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways, doors, and handrails; power wash when needed.
• Assist in make-ready units and trash-outs prior to move-in.
• Operate power washers, floor scrubbers, blowers, and related tools safely.
• Assist in pool maintenance and basic chemical adjustments.
• Respond to emergencies; complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain safety with OSHA regulations and proper documentation.
