Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community maintenance operations on-site. Responsibilities include completing corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and assisting with make-ready processes to meet operational objectives.

The role emphasizes daily site attendance, adherence to safety standards, and the upkeep of common areas and grounds, with a focus on resident satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of on-site software/functions expected.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and common areas daily.
• Respond to resident requests and management work orders promptly.
• Perform corrective, preventative, and routine maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and inventory.
