Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Daily responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining common areas, and supporting make-ready processes while following safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks and weekly inspections of grounds, buildings, and units to ensure safety and quality.
