Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of its community properties. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and help ensure safety and quality across common areas and units.

The role requires daily on-site work, on-call support, and adherence to OSHA guidelines. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and 401K with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to use basic on-site software tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings and units in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to community needs, including regular, preventive, and cosmetic tasks.
• Carry out pool maintenance and chemical logs with accuracy.
• Assist in scheduling and executing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain orderly maintenance shop and follow safety policies.
