Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across the community, performing corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure exceptional property conditions.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, responding to work orders, assisting with make-readies, pool and grounds upkeep, safety compliance, record-keeping and coordination with vendors to extend asset

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and daily on-site attendance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with unit make-readies and scheduling of repairs.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and property features for hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety compliance.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Track service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and status of work in progress.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on inventory.
