Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site maintenance across the community, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, responsibilities include make-ready processes and ensuring safety and compliance.

Key functions involve daily on-site attendance, responding to work orders, pool maintenance, grounds upkeep, and assisting with inventory and records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance across common areas, buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and compliance.
