Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our properties. You will handle corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring work aligns with property objectives.

Strong on-site software use, safety mindset, and reliable transportation are essential. Daily responsibilities include responding to resident requests, assisting with make-ready processes, pool maintenance, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and on-site work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked, adhering to safety standards.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
