Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks under supervision.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred. Daily on-site work, safety compliance, on-call duties, and a focus on resident satisfaction are essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Mansioni

• Community maintenance and daily on-site presence.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain exterior areas and pool cleanliness and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Maintain inventory and organize maintenance shop; follow safety policies.
