Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with on-site maintenance across properties. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and support make-ready processes to meet operational objectives.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards. The work includes on-site duties with on-call emergencies and offers a comprehensive rewards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required and participate in unit inspections as requested.
• Assist in scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform daily exterior clean up of the community and maintain pool chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend life and reduce future repairs.
• Report observed violations of community rules to Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
