Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and upkeep of common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Maintain safety and OSHA guidelines on site.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, buildings, and pools.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and maintenance activity.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations.
