Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an affordable housing community in San Jose, CA. The role covers preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, with make-ready duties and on-call support.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, performing pool and grounds upkeep, and ensuring safety compliance. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Carry out community maintenance tasks, routine and corrective repairs.
• Respond to residents and management requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, buildings and grounds.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and logs.
