Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Technician to support a tax credit/affordable housing community. The role involves hands-on maintenance of common areas and units, with duties spanning corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency tasks.

On-site presence and safety adherence are essential. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills are required for onsite software functions.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with community maintenance in common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and accurate logs.
• Be part of on-call emergency at the community.
• Keep the maintenance shop well-organized and safe per OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with unit inspections and inventory monitoring.
