Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. You will assist in corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, respond to resident requests, and help manage maintenance turns.

The role requires on-site presence and adherence to safety standards. Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site maintenance of the property, including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain exterior areas and common spaces, including grounds and pool areas, and keep chemical logs up to date.
• Inspect buildings and grounds daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow safety policies.
