Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an affordable housing community. You will assist in all maintenance tasks, respond to resident requests, and support the make-ready process under supervision.

This role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards. Regular on-site attendance is expected with on-call emergency availability; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and upkeep of common areas, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair work and make-ready tasks.
• Perform pool maintenance and safety checks; maintain chemical logs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Asset Living policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and proper inventory records.
