Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Technician to support an on-site affordable housing community. This role requires high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, handle work orders, and assist in make-ready processes to ensure property standards. The position offers full-time hours with on-site duties, on-call responsibilities, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of Asset

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and make-ready processes.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on the property and units.
• Maintain the preventative maintenance program and keep accurate records.
• Maintain clean, safe common areas, exterior spaces, and inventory.
