Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. You will carry out corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, assist with make-ready tasks, and help ensure safety and compliance.

Daily responsibilities include responding to work orders, inspecting common areas, maintaining pools and logs, and keeping records of services and EPA/OSHA standards. This is a full-time on-site role with on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the hazard communications program; teach and promote safe work practices.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community.
• Maintain accurate records regarding service requests and EPA/OSHA standards.
