Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance of our properties. The role includes corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing unit make-readies, and maintaining pool chemical logs. Requires high school diploma and basic computer skills; knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing is a plus.

Qualifications

• On-site maintenance experience or willingness to learn is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain the pool area and logs for chemical levels with accuracy.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover of units.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in daily tasks and safety compliance.
