Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support daily and preventive maintenance across its communities. You will perform corrective and cosmetic tasks, assist with make-ready processes, and respond to on-site requests under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested.
