Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, including make-ready processes and on-site safety procedures.

You will handle resident requests, assist with turn events, and maintain records while contributing to a clean, safe, and well-operated property environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend lifecycle of the property.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with monitoring inventory of equipment and supplies.
