Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance operations at our community. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Daily duties include responding to resident requests, turning events, pool upkeep, and upkeep of exterior areas while maintaining safety standards and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: Respond to requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure excellent customer service and positive resident relations.
