Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community operations. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance and assist with make-ready work under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will manage on-site software functions, keep accurate records, maintain safety standards per OSHA guidelines, and participate in unit inspections and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance in community common areas and units.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards per OSHA guidelines.
