Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our communities. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will also assist with make-ready processes and ensure timely responses to resident requests. Ideal candidates understand Fair Housing and OSHA requirements, have a high school diploma, and can operate on-site software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes (corrective, preventive, routine).
• Make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and perform pool maintenance and logs.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in daily tasks.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
