Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across communities. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to meet property objectives.

Key duties include responding to work orders, pool maintenance, safety checks, and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep units move-in ready. Regular on-site attendance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory management and safety programs.
