Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. You will carry out corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring safety and property standards.

You will participate in make-ready work, assist with on-site inspections, manage work orders, and maintain logs while providing excellent resident relations and timely service in a fast-growing real estate platform.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance on community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program for the property.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and safety standards.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and inventory monitoring.

Education
