Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across properties. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, assist with make-ready tasks, and ensure safety and compliance in daily operations.

The role requires basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines, and a commitment to regular on-site attendance and excellent resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform maintenance/repair tasks to keep community common areas and units in good condition.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Document service requests and safety/compliance records accurately.
