Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an affordable housing community. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and daily site operations.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-site presence and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair tasks in common areas and units.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and inspections.
