Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. The role involves on-site maintenance, make-ready tasks, and adherence to safety standards under supervision.

You will respond to resident requests, conduct routine repairs, and help manage turn events while maintaining pools and logs. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance, repairs and make-ready tasks for common areas and units.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory and keep accurate records of service requests and progress.
