Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance under supervision, and assisting with make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.

Responsibilities include daily community upkeep, on-site safety practices, and handling resident service requests. Availability for on-call emergencies and compliance with OSHA/EPa standards are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community and common areas, and perform make-ready tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and identify safety hazards daily.
• Be available for on-call emergencies at the property.
